ELECTION OF IJHA OFFICERS will take place during the Annual Meeting at the Preview Show on June 18, 2011 in Salem. The Executive Board positions up for re-election will be President, 1st Vice President, 2nd Vice President, Secretary, 2nd Secretary, and Treasurer. (President is a two year term)

To expedite the election process during our busy show weekend and meeting, this is the procedure to follow if you are interested in running for any of these Executive Board positions. Please send a written paragraph as to why you would like to hold this office, including a parent signature. This is to assure the nominating committee that you have parental support to get you to each and every meeting. Also, please have one letter of recommendation attached, this letter can be from a teacher, coach or adult that is not your parent.
